Charactoeristics
1.The hardness is HRC40-45 , HRC48-53 or HRC50-53; it may be directly used for making ejector pin.
2.When soft nitriding surface treatment is conducted to the finished pushrod below 580ºC, the structure and hardness of matris are basically unchanged.
3.The product has excellent toughness and antiflex perfornance.
4.The products can be directly made into flat thimble without rarping and deformation.
5.The processing period of mold processing may be shortened, and the cost may be reduced.
6.If surface treatment is conducted, the wearability and corrosion resistance may be further improved.
